Here are the latest pieces to come out of the kiln.  Overall I'm pleased with how the figures came out and will continue to explore different textures on them.  As for glazes, I am constantly testing and looking for more colors and textures.  In this kiln load I tested a dark green, blueish purple, charcoal, and a yellowish brown color.   

Hotel Commission

Happy New Year!  

My first solo Holiday Sale turned out to be a success.  I had much more traffic than I expected and had a great response from my community.  I plan to do it again next year.  

Now that it is already February I am in full production mode.  I recently received a commission for 60 figurative vessels for a new hotel in Portland, OR.  I am nearly halfway done with the job and am currently running another batch of test glazes.  I will post new pictures tomorrow when I unload the kiln.
